Yin/Restorative

This is a very slow-paced style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. Poses are intentionally held for longer periods of time to relieve stress, tension, and focus on stillness and relaxation. Classes utilize blankets, bolsters and blocks to support the body in these restorative stretches. Suitable for all skill levels.

Gentle Flow

A gentle, slow-paced flow that builds strength, flexibility and balance. This class focuses on the fundamentals and proper alignment in basic poses. Students will also be introduced to linking the breath to movement. It is great for beginners or more experienced practitioners who want to create a stronger foundation to their practice. Perfect for all skill levels.

 Vinyasa Flow

This style links intentional breath with fluid movement. Poses flow together in a dance-like and smooth way. The breath is controlled and directs the timing and coordination of the sequence. Suitable for all levels as modifications and variations of poses are always offered.

Power Flow

This class moves quickly between the breath and movement. Similar to a vinyasa flow, but poses can be complex and require more endurance and strength. Class is designed for people who have done yoga before or who are willing to take modifications as necessary.
